  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
