- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender first into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Then, dredge the egg-coated tender into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
