Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add Italian sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
