- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked lobster meat and stir to coat evenly.
- Toss in cooked fettuccine and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Use fresh lobster meat for best results.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread.
