Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Combine chopped carrots, plant-based milk, water, pineapple, lime juice, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

- For a thicker consistency, use less water.
