- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Whisk all ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and fully combined.
- Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a thinner dressing, add 1 teaspoon of water or plant-based milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- This dressing keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
