Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar.
- Stir until well blended.
- Season with salt and black pepper.

Notes
- For a milder sauce, use less horseradish.
- For a spicier sauce, use more horseradish or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
