- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the orzo pasta and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until orzo is tender and broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
