  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. Blanch chopped asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain well.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the parsley.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
