Enjoy a comforting bowl of Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup. All the flavors of lasagna in a bowl.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and add to the soup. Cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once noodles are cooked, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can use Italian sausage instead of ground beef.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Add spinach or other vegetables for extra nutrition.
