Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (like maple syrup or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
- Spoon the mousse into small serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker mousse, use full-fat cottage cheese.
- You can substitute the sweetener with your preferred sugar substitute.
