- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add cold water to the gelatin, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Chill the pie thoroughly before serving.
- Top with extra whipped cream if desired.
