  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Bake crust for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Gradually add cold water to the gelatin, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold in whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
  8. Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
