- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Substitute chocolate chips with nuts if preferred.
- For extra crunch, toast the coconut before use.
