Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker or jar.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime slice and toasted coconut flakes.
