A simple juice recipe designed to support a sugar detox cleanse.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 green apple, cored
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 inch ginger root, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup water (optional, for blending)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Place spinach, kale, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon into a juicer.
- Process ingredients through the juicer, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If using a blender, combine all ingredients with water and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the juice into a glass and drink immediately for best results.
Notes
- For a colder juice, use chilled ingredients.
- If you prefer less ginger flavor, use a smaller piece.
- You can strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer less pulp.
