A refreshing pasta salad with Italian flavors, perfect for picnics and gatherings.

			- 1 pound rotini pasta
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved or quartered
 - 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
 - Add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, red onion, and black olives to the bowl.
 - Toss gently to combine.
 - Stir in fresh parsley.
 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
 - Serve chilled.
 
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers, cucumber, or zucchini.
 - Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or pepperoni for added protein.
 - Adjust the amount of dressing to your preference.
