Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. In the same pan, melt butter and cook onions until caramelized.
