A rich and nutty fudge with chocolate and pistachio flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped pistachios and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a smoother fudge, use finely chopped pistachios.
- You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
- Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
