Easy chocolate cake made with minimal ingredients.

- 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, evaporated milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add nuts or other mix-ins if desired.
