Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a few ice cubes.
