Ingredients

- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (maple syrup or honey), optional
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.
- Use dark cocoa powder for a more intense chocolate flavor.
