A simple, no-bake dessert combining Greek yogurt with cookie dough flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Gently fold the chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
- Fold half of the cookie dough mixture into the yogurt base.
- Spoon the remaining cookie dough mixture on top of the yogurt layer.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use a sugar substitute for the brown sugar if you prefer less sugar.
- For a thicker texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
