Description
Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a creamy, cheesy twist on classic lasagna, filled with shredded chicken, spinach, and rich Alfredo sauce, baked to perfection in individual roll-ups.

- 10–12 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach (or thawed frozen, squeezed dry)
- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
- Extra mozzarella cheese for topping
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for Alfredo sauce)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat to cool.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer until thickened. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, and seasonings until well combined.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture onto each noodle and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining Alfredo sauce, extra mozzarella, and breadcrumbs if using.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save prep time.
- Let rolls rest after baking for easier serving.
- Add red pepper flakes to the filling for a little heat.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for up to 24 hours.
- Freeze baked or unbaked rolls for up to 3 months.
