A fun twist on classic cheesecake, these cherry cheesecake tacos combine creamy filling with a crispy shell and sweet cherry topping.

- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Drape tortillas over oven rack bars to form taco shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each taco shell with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- For extra crispiness, bake tortillas an additional 1-2 minutes.
