Description
Easy-to-make cheesy bites with a crispy parmesan coating and gooey mozzarella center.
Ingredients

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 large eggs, beaten
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
 - Vegetable oil, for frying
 
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - In another shallow dish, add beaten eggs.
 - In a third shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
 - Dip each mozzarella cube first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Carefully add the coated mozzarella bites to the hot oil, in batches, and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
 - Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
 - Serve hot.
 
Notes
- For best results, use a neutral-flavored oil like vegetable or canola oil.
 - Do not overcrowd the skillet when frying; cook in batches if necessary.
 - These are best served immediately after frying.
