  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss the trimmed green beans with olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Spread the coated green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the beans.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
