Description
A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with celery and pineapple for hydration.
Ingredients

- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and chop the celery stalks.
- Place the chopped celery, pineapple chunks, water, and lime juice into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass, pressing down on the solids to extract all liquid. Discard solids.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the strained juice over the ice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add a little more water.
- You can use pre-cut frozen pineapple chunks for a colder drink.
