Description
A refreshing and bright juice combining carrots, ginger, citrus, and turmeric.
Ingredients

- 4 large carrots
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 inch fresh turmeric root (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1/2 cup water (optional, for blending)
Instructions
- Wash and roughly chop the carrots, ginger, and turmeric.
- Peel the orange and lemon. Remove any large seeds.
- Place all prepared ingredients into a high-speed blender or juicer.
- If using a blender, add the water. Blend until completely smooth.
- If using a blender, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass, pressing down to extract all liquid. If using a juicer, follow the machine’s instructions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of ginger and turmeric to match your taste preference.
- If you do not have fresh turmeric, use ground turmeric powder.
- Chill the juice before serving for a cooler drink.
