Instructions
- Melt butter in a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
- Place peach halves cut-side down on the griddle.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, until caramelized and slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
