Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Line a mini muffin pan with liners. Spoon brownie batter into each liner, filling halfway.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon 1 tsp over brownie batter in each cup.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chocolate chips if desired.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- For cleaner cuts, chill cheesecake bites before removing liners.
- Substitute homemade brownie batter for box mix if preferred.
