A simple, non-alcoholic drink combining apple cider with caramel flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Chill the apple cider and sparkling water before starting.
- In a small bowl, gently stir the 1/4 cup of caramel sauce into the apple cider until mostly combined. Do not overmix.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour half of the caramel apple cider mixture into each glass.
- Top each serving with sparkling water or club soda.
- If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each drink.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the whipped cream or the top of the drink.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, warm the apple cider slightly before mixing with the caramel, then chill before adding the sparkling water.
- Use high-quality apple cider for the best taste.
- If you do not have sparkling water, use ginger ale for a different flavor profile.
