Description

A simple, non-alcoholic drink combining apple cider with caramel flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Extra caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Chill the apple cider and sparkling water before starting.
  2. In a small bowl, gently stir the 1/4 cup of caramel sauce into the apple cider until mostly combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour half of the caramel apple cider mixture into each glass.
  5. Top each serving with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each drink.
  7. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the whipped cream or the top of the drink.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, warm the apple cider slightly before mixing with the caramel, then chill before adding the sparkling water.
  • Use high-quality apple cider for the best taste.
  • If you do not have sparkling water, use ginger ale for a different flavor profile.
