Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in egg mixture and cook until edges are set.
- Sprinkle tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil over half of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette in half.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
