							Scale

			- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 yellow onion, diced
 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
 - 1 pound ground chicken
 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
 - 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 6 sandwich buns
 - Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened.
 - Push vegetables to the side of the pan and add ground chicken. Cook while breaking it up until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Stir in Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well to coat evenly.
 - Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar (if using). Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
 - Meanwhile, toast the buns if desired for extra texture.
 - Spoon the chicken mixture onto the toasted buns. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.

Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for a milder or spicier flavor.
 - Ground turkey can be used instead of ground chicken.
 - Leftover filling can be frozen for up to 2 months.
 - Serve the filling over rice or sweet potatoes for a twist.
 - Toasted buns help keep the sandwiches from becoming soggy.
