Cajun Chicken Bites tossed with creamy Alfredo linguine and a hint of Christmas spice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz Linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Stir in nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute fettuccine for linguine.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes for festive color.
