- 1 lb fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 large croissants
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the lobster mixture evenly among the bottom halves of the croissants.
- Place the top halves of the croissants over the filling.
- Brush the tops of the croissants generously with melted butter.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.

- You can use lobster tails or claws for this recipe.
- Adjust mayonnaise and lemon juice to your preference.
- For an extra rich flavor, you can add a tablespoon of heavy cream to the lobster mixture.
