Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 oz red food coloring
- 1/2 cup butter pecan ice cream, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and red food coloring.
- Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle melted butter pecan ice cream over the batter.
- Pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving for best texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
