  • 1 oz red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup butter pecan ice cream, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and red food coloring.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle melted butter pecan ice cream over the batter.
  6. Pour remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
