- 2 cups sauerkraut

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add bratwurst and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in sauerkraut, caraway seeds, chicken broth, and brown sugar.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until flavors blend.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
