Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the lemon zest and sweetener.
  2. Take a small glass or jar.
  3. Place a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of fresh blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with blueberries on top.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can prepare the layers ahead of time, but add the granola just before serving to keep it crisp.
