A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring creamy brie and fresh blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the brie slices on the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
- Add blueberries evenly on top of the brie.
- Drizzle honey over blueberries if desired.
- Top with the second bread slice, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Use room-temperature brie for easier melting.
- Adjust honey to taste.
