Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place mixed greens in a large bowl.
  3. Gently tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute over the greens.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries over the salad.
  5. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad just before serving.

Notes
