A delicious cheesy taco with seasoned beef and melty cheese, inspired by Mexican flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Fold tortillas and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh tortillas for best results.
- Customize with jalapeños for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
