- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and ranch seasoning mix together until combined.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil over the chicken thighs.
- Brush the BBQ ranch mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- You can use boneless, skinless thighs; reduce the cooking time by about 10 minutes.
