Description

Quick and easy pizzas using flatbread as a base with BBQ chicken topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 pre-made flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border.
  4. Distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with the sliced red onion.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
