Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mashed bananas, oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Freeze for longer storage.
- Substitute peanut butter if almond butter is unavailable.
