Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
