Easy baked chicken burritos with shredded chicken, cheese, and salsa, baked until golden brown.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
- Divide the mixture among the tortillas.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops of the burritos with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
- You can add other fillings like rice, beans, or corn.
- Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
