Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil.
- Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the cabbage.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
