- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For crispier balls, you can lightly coat them with extra breadcrumbs before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
