Description

A creamy and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of coffee and Baileys Irish Cream in a smooth gelatin form. Perfect for entertaining or a special treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat coffee and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin to the warm coffee and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Baileys and heavy cream.
  5. Pour mixture into molds or a serving dish.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, use 1 additional tsp gelatin.
  • Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving.
  • Use decaf coffee if you prefer a caffeine-free version.
