Description
A creamy and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of coffee and Baileys Irish Cream in a smooth gelatin form. Perfect for entertaining or a special treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat coffee and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add bloomed gelatin to the warm coffee and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in Baileys and heavy cream.
- Pour mixture into molds or a serving dish.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, use 1 additional tsp gelatin.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving.
- Use decaf coffee if you prefer a caffeine-free version.
