Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 6 equal-sized balls.
  4. Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy.
