Delicious bacon-wrapped cheddar and onion stuffed meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 6 equal-sized balls.
- Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for best results
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated
